Yesterday we were thrilled to get a full-page interview in Food and Wine Magazine, which comes every month in The Sunday Business Post. It is the one publication we always take time out to read on a Sunday. So it's a huge honour to have been interviewed.
There was also a very touching interview with the lovely Michelin star chef Danni Barry, who I met in Belfast, several years ago at the beginning of our journey, before life dealt her some very hard blows. Danni was so kind & encouraging and has always supported local producers. And the icing on the dessert was also a fab photo of a Velvet Cloud Sheep's Yogurt pannacotta with champagne rhubarb sorbet on Danni's menu at Ballynahinch Castle.
