The products below are available for dispatch now, there are more Christmas delights available for Pre Order here and you can pick the dispatch date you would prefer.  If you choose Pre Order and available items, we will ship them all out on your chosen date. 

All of our sheep’s milk milk products are all made on our farm here in the West of Ireland. We use fresh sheep’s milk from our flock of Lacaune and Friesland Ewes, who graze happily on grass and clover pastures throughout the year. Our sheep’s yogurt contains fresh sheep’s milk and live yogurt cultures, nothing else. Our Rockfield cheese is a semi hard cheese with a natural rind and is carefully matured for a minimum of three months here on the farm.
