Cloonbook is made from fresh grass-fed cows milk from the farm of Michael's Cousin in Cloonbook Co. Mayo, where Michael grew up and has so many happy memories. No need to worry, we are not abandoning our passion for sheep's milk, but this will help us grow and exploit the demand for sheep's milk too.
