Bloom Preparation

We are last stages of Bloom in the Phoenix Park preparation and just wanted to show you behind the scenes. All the dry goods, like the graphics and the props and the wipes and spoons and things for tastings, all come up in my car. All the chilled goods, like the cheese and the yogurt, go up, obviously, in the chilled van. We plug it into the chilled van over the five days. It stays on overnight. We build our car to the stand this coming Wednesday. Wish us luck and hope it will fit in the car!
