Executive Chef from Ashford Castle Visits The Velvet Cloud Farm

You may be aware that Michael (my better half) tends to be camera shy and much prefers farming or producing cheese and yogurt.  During the summer the team at Ashford Castle asked us could they come out and film on the farm. Since we began making our yogurt and cheeses 10 years ago, Ashford have always supported us and our  products feature every week across their different menus. It was therefore real privilege to welcome them to film. They did a really professional filming job and the farm and himself look great if I say so myself.
