Ireland's new Michelin stars - and a farm visit that makes us so proud

Huge congratulations to all the incredible chefs who retained their Michelin stars this year, and to Ireland's two new star winners - The Pullman at Glenlo Abbey in Galway and Forest Avenue in Dublin.

We're especially excited for Angelo and the team at The Pullman, who have been fab  supporters of ours for a long time. They've featured our milk, yogurt, and cheeses on the Pullman menus, and their passion for exceptional local produce is really obvious. In fact, that Angelo and the team came ouit  to visit us on the farm last summer to see firsthand how we produce Velvet Cloud. It was a brilliant day (we have some lovely photos from the visit!), and we couldn't be more delighted to see their dedication recognized with this incredible achievement.

A special mention to La Rousse Foods, who brought the Michelin ceremony to Ireland as key sponsors - what a moment for Irish food. They've also produced something rather exciting that premiered at the event last night, featuring... well, someone you might recognize. More on that soon!
