Personal and professional life has been a bit intense these last few weeks, so my emails have been scarce, I know. But you are the best bunch of supportive customers and email subscribers a small business could ask for. Here is a simple example from you, from this week alone:
I got a lovely whats app message from a very old friend on Thursday, he was meeting up with some ex colleagues for a dinner in Dublin, in the wonderful Kickys Restaurant on South Great Georges Steet in Dublin, he sent me a photo of the dish he ordered and the description which sounds divine: Himalayan salt-aged leg of lamb, caponata, courgette, basil, Velvet Cloud yoghurt, garlic scape crispy potato.
Or how about this beautiful social media post from Ashford Castle one of our best customers, featuring organic Trout, Velvet Cloud labneh, pickled cucumber, purslane, rillettes, garden herbs.
Then another friend who was eating in Coppinger Row, Dublin 2, posted on the Velvet Cloud Facebook page with this charming message “This Velvet Cloud is fecking everywhere” 😊– he ordered Charred courgette trifoliate, velvet cloud yogurt, tomato, harissa and pine nuts.
