Unique Irish Wooden Cheese Board  

Handcrafted from Irish beech wood, this cheeseboard is as functional as it is beautiful. Created in collaboration between two rural family businesses—a local craftsperson and the Flanagan family food business—it’s a piece with genuine Irish roots. Each board is one of a kind, showcasing natural grains of the beech tree, that range from pale honey tones to deep, rich hues. Whether it will be the centrepiece for a dining table or becomes a cherished gift for a cheese or charcuterie enthusiast, this board will be an enduring classic.

The board dimensions are: Approximately 33 cm x 15.5 cm x 2.5 cm (as each piece is handmade, slight tiny variations may occur). Wrapped with care, the cheeseboard includes a guide on its unique properties and care instructions.

Rockfield Sheep’s Cheese (Semi-Hard Sheep)

Creamy and buttery, this semi-hard cheese has sweet undertones and is excellent for grating. Made from pasteurized sheep’s milk, it features a natural rind and has won many accolades including Best Irish Cheese at the Artisan Cheese Awards. Its flavour is unforgettable.

Cloonbook Irish Farmhouse Cheese (Semi-Hard Cow)

Awarded best new Irish cheese in 2024 at the CAIS Irish Farmhouse Cheese Awards - Cloonbook is the only Irish farmhouse cheese crafted in the style of a French Pyrenees Ossau-Iraty. Made with grass-fed cow’s milk in the West of Ireland, this semi-hard cheese has a natural rind and is aged for a minimum of three months. With its rich, award-winning taste, it’s perfect as a centrepiece on any cheese board.

Note: All pieces of cheese weigh between 120 and 135g.
