Aged for a minimum of 12 weeks, these small cheese wheels, come about from time to time, if we have extra curd leftover in the cheese-making process. 

Made with pasteurized sheep's milk, with a natural rind, it is creamy and buttery in the mouth with slightly sweet undertones and is fab for grating.  This cheese would be the perfect centrepiece for a cheese board, or make a fabulous unique gift for the cheese lover in your life, or why not just treat yourself because you definitely deserve it . Rounds weigh approximately 800 - 1 kg.

We only have a few for sale at any one time. These unique rounds would make the ideal gift for the discerning cheese lover or foodie in your life.  

Please note orders placed before noon on Saturdays will be dispatched early the following week.  Orders placed after Saturday noon will be dispatched, early in the week after that.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery is €7.50 but is free on all orders over €50.

We dispatch orders twice weekly so you can expect to receive your order 1-2 days after placing your order.

We currently only ship to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you have any issue with your order, let us know within 48 hours of receiving it and we'll provide a refund with no questions asked.

Rockfield Sheep's Cheese

Being unable to eat dairy cheese, for years I ate a Spanish sheep's cheese and then I found sheep's cheese that was made here in Ireland. There is a different texture to this cheese but a much smoother feel. I have used it in recipes and it does just as good as any other cheese. I am glad I found this cheese! Not only is it tasty but also Irish.
