Baby Harry Is Mad For Velvet Cloud Yogurt
I had a great interaction at the weekend with Lisa a lovely customer who has bought in the shops before but was buying online for the first time. As I always do, I asked her where she heard about us and what was her interest in sheep’s milk, she explained how her lovely 6-month-old baby is mad for Velvet Cloud, but how she sometimes has trouble getting it in the shops.

This reminded me of the blog I wrote about how so many small businesses fail, which explains the lengths we have to go through to make sure our products stay on shelf which you can read here. Sometimes I fear customers or potential customers think it is our fault we are not always on the shelf when they go into a store.

But later that evening I couldn’t but smile when I then read the review left by the same customer, you can see the full thing here, and I particularly loved the last bit “if Harry could leave this review himself, he would because Velvet Cloud is by far his favourite food!”
I was so heartened/relieved to see how much more calcium is in sheep’s yogurt than cow’s. I genuinely let out a sigh of relief when I read it.
