Congratulations to all the new Michelin Star winners in Ireland and everyone who retained theirs.

You may have read that we gained some new stars in the famous Michelin awards held in Scotland on Monday night. Congratulations to all the new receivers of stars and bibs and of course all of those who retained their stars and bibs. We are very grateful that you are all customers of ours already, and how you support so many local Irish producers. Looking forward to the extra exposure you get, you and all your teams deserve it all after all the hard work

While I was keeping an eye on the social media of all our friends - the chefs who travelled for the event, I spotted a photo of the  lunch menu and look what they had for dessert!!. Forced Yorkshire Rhubarb and sheep yogurt. This time it wasn't ours, but only the best being served for the very very best in the game.
