Farm Update Love Is In The Air

Love is in the air

It’s breeding season here on the farm, and the men here are having a ball. For the next three weeks we have our rams and ewes mixing together and the fruits of their labour will be seen next March with new crop of baby lambs. If you are interested in seeing more, I’ve uploaded a You Tube video here.

Food On The Edge

The chef symposium - Food On The Edge is taking place on Monday and Tuesday in Aerfield Dundrum. Food on the Edge International is a two-day symposium that takes place annually in Ireland. It is for chefs & food enthusiasts all around the world who want to create a better global network. We’ll be traveling to Dublin at lunchtime today to set up our stall, so we are ready first thing on Monday morning for two days of networking and chats with chefs from all around Ireland and the rest of the world.  I’ll post updates as we go on our various social media.

Wishing you all a lovely week

Why we put numbers on our lambs

I am asked a lot about (something I thought was very obvious), but it mustn't be, so here is an explanation from the fields with a live lamb demo.
