Here you see the wheels of both Cloonbook and Rockfield around me in various stages of maturation. All of our semi hard cheese is matured for a minimum of three months, so along with our fresher Velvet Cloud Soft sheeps cheese, you have a really unique option for your cheese board, or for a foodie cheese gift for someone in your life
