Like so many homes and businesses, we have been badly affected by Storm Eowyn. As I write this, we are still without water, electricity, or communications, including phones and Wi-Fi. We’re working hard to manage the situation and hope to have a generator in place for milking this morning. However, delays are unavoidable, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

If you’ve placed an order online, we will keep you updated as best we can. You may also notice some stock outages in stores where you usually find Velvet Cloud. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time. We have to travel to get internet and phone coverage so we may not be able to reply to you as soon as we normally would. We are hopeful we will be up and running in a day or two
