Hope everyone has had a lovely weekend, here the past week has been a busy but productive one.
I gave a presentation to the fifth girls in our local girls school, on the topic of entrepreneurship, evidence here.
We delivered Cloonbook farmhouse cheese, to its first retail outlet- our local and very supportive store -The Food Store in Claremorris. We delivered this Friday afternoon, and it sold out by Saturday afternoon ! So we will be back in with more tomorrow morning. I also hope to get Cloonbook available for sale online this week. The full story of Cloonbook and its creation can be read here.
We are putting the finishing touches to photography for our Christmas hampers, I’m excited to share the finished products with everyone soon.
I visited a few stores in Dublin this week to see how Velvet Cloud was going, including Nourish in Dunnes Stores Ilac centre, evidence here.
Finally this afternoon I planted loads of spring blubs, to add to some pots I planted last year, because they actually grew successfully and really added to how the garden looked all spring and summer.
This is also your last call for our single batch soft cheese, we have approximately 10 boxes left so get in their quick, if you are a fan of exclusively creamy sheep’s milk yumminess.
Wishing you all a lovely week.
