How to make cream cheese at home
Firstly Lilly Higgins ward winning chef food writer and photographer, posted a video on how to make cream cheese and she used our Velvet Cloud Live yogurt. Lilly's content is full of delicious Mediterranean middle eastern recipes and also lots of vegetarian ones, I would highly recommend taking a look. Hopefully we will see lots more chefs or recipe creators who usually recommend Greek yogurt considering our yogurt as a substitute.
Reading Food Labels
Then in Saturday’s Irish Times Magazine there is a feature about Sophie Morris by Conor Pope. Sophie has gained a huge Instagram following in a few months. because she goes around supermarkets explaining food labels, and showing her followers what ingredients mean and suggesting swaps for healthier and often cheaper options. There was a lovely photo of Sophie and some of the brands she recommends and we were one of them !
