Nutritional bomb - perfect for the microbiome

Nutrition bomb - perfect for the microbiome

There is  a nutrition coach called Health McGuire who I first came across on Instragram, I like her videos because she is a real straight talker, her catch phrase is “Your food your table” she is very anti processed foods and pro natural whole foods. She posted about making the following homemade dressing which is puts on breads, vegetables, meats and in her words “this is a nutritional bomb”,  I made it yesterday and its delicious.

Nutrition Bomb Avocado with Live Velvet Cloud Yogurt

Put an avocado, clove of garlic, three big spoons Velvet Cloud yogurt, a fist of fresh spinach, a fist of fresh mint, squeeze of lemon juice and some salt and pepper into a blender and blitz, keeps for about four days in a fridge.
