Three Simple Sunday Recipe Ideas - With Velvet Cloud Live Sheeps Yogurt

On Sunday we often have a bit more time on a Sunday to plan these are some of my favourites with Velvet Cloud Live Sheeps Milk Yogurt

🐑Mix yogurt into your flatbread dough for fluffy, tangy breads that puff up beautifully in a hot pan. Perfect for a lazy Sunday brunch spread with everything from za'atar and olive oil to honey and butter. We also use them for homemade pizza bases, and they are delicious. Full recipe click here
🐑Marinated Roast Chicken
Coat a whole chicken in yogurt, lemon, and herbs Saturday night, or as soon as you can, then roast it Sunday afternoon. The yogurt tenderizes the meat and creates an incredibly crispy, golden skin. Your kitchen will smell like a Sunday should.
🐑Creamy Sunday Pasta
Stir yogurt into hot pasta with pasta water, garlic, and lemon zest for an instant creamy sauce that's brighter and lighter than cream. The junior shepherds like when I add red or green pesto too.  Finish with herbs, pepper, and good olive oil.
