This is a mixed-weight bundle of our award-winning Irish artisan sheep's milk cheese. The sustainable cow dairy alternative.

This bundle is excellent value because when the machine cuts our big rounds of cheese, it cuts each piece as close as possible to 130g (the weight we sell the pieces at in the shops). But because our big rounds are all not precisely the same weight, we inevitably end up with pieces of cheese that are outside the weight we need, so we cannot sell them with our usual pre-printed retail labels.

Everything we do here at Velvet Cloud is about waste reduction, and who wants to waste delicious cheese? So this is why we are giving you a chance to buy mixed-weight pieces at a great price – only €9.99

This offer is for three pieces of Rockfield cheese with a guaranteed minimum weight of 330g and a minimum shelf life of 3 months.

Storage: Keep chilled in an air-tight container or wrapped in waxed paper.

Please note orders placed before noon on Saturdays will be dispatched early the following week.  Orders placed after Saturday noon will be dispatched, early in the week after that.

Delivery is €7.50 but is free on all orders over €50.

We dispatch orders twice weekly so you can expect to receive your order 1-2 days after placing your order.

We currently only ship to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Beautiful cheese, very well made with a great taste profile

It is mighty fine cheese. I have an allergy to the cow so I'm always looking out for a hard sheep's cheese and this is delicious.
If ever there's too much rind, or you don't like the idea of eating it, then just chuck it into a soup towards the end of cooking.

Firm, fresh and fruity! Lovely tasty cheese- nice level of sharpness and creamy. It can be a bit hard to cut coming in the smaller packages- but I love it.
