Velvet Cloud Soft Sheep’s Cheese

Creamy and versatile, this soft sheep’s milk cheese is made using a traditional labneh recipe. Rockfield Sheep’s Cheese (Semi-Hard Sheep)

Creamy and buttery, this semi-hard cheese has sweet undertones and is excellent for grating. Made from pasteurized sheep’s milk, it features a natural rind and has won many accolades including Best Irish Cheese at the Artisan Cheese Awards. Its flavour is unforgettable.

Cloonbook Irish Farmhouse Cheese (Semi-Hard Cow)

Awarded best new Irish cheese in 2024 at the CAIS Irish Farmhouse Cheese Awards - Cloonbook is the only Irish farmhouse cheese crafted in the style of a French Pyrenees Ossau-Iraty. Made with grass-fed cow’s milk in the West of Ireland, this semi-hard cheese has a natural rind and is aged for a minimum of three months. With its rich, award-winning taste, it’s perfect as a centrepiece on any cheese board.

Note: All pieces of cheese weigh between 120 and 135g.
