A beautiful book for an excellent cause - The Peter Mc Verry Trust

This week sees the launch of 'The Gathered Table'. A beautiful recipe book in aid of Peter McVerry Trust. The book  has 160 pages with 55 recipes from across Ireland’s food world, with contributions from bakers, butchers, farmers, producers and chefs.  We are really proud to have been asked to participate and part of making it happen. We contributed our most requested recipe -Velvet Cloud Porridge Bread. We are in esteemed company, with Neven Maguire, Darina Allen, Anna Haugh, and Ahmet Dede.  It is priced at €30 with all proceeds going to Peter Mc Verry Trust and can be purchased in your local book shop or from the publisher Nine Bean Rows.
