We had a crazy few days at Bloom last week and over the bank holiday weekend, meeting customers, clients, friends old and new. We sold out of our soft sheeps cheese and introduced loads of new people to our live sheeps yogurt, Rockfield Sheeps cheese and Cloonbook Farmhouse cheese. I was on stage with Donal Skehan who is as mad as a brush but a brilliant promoter of Irish producers and thankfully (and importantly) we had some important trade conversations too. I did a quick behind the scenes video of setting up and getting the stand built and there are also a few photos which capture the mood perfectly, roll on Bloom 2027 !
