As mentioned in this weeks Sunday Times - by the Gastro Gays restaurant review of the wonderful Pota Café in Connemara - Velvet Cloud yogurt with a heaped scattering of golden-toasted seeds and hazelnut , thick mixed berry compote, a sprinkle of ruby bee pollen for a floral crunchy note.
From The Terrance in UL - A Lebanese Open Wrap – Wholegrain Lebanese Style wrap – fresh lemon hummus, Velvet Cloud Soft cheese labneh. Master Chefs own Ellan Farm Produce : Balsamic pickle beetroot, tar anise pickily carrots Spiced Kimchi Fresh rocket, mizuna & spinach leaves. Dressed in spinach pesto.
