Salad with Velvet Cloud Sheep's Yogurt Dressing

The Sunday Business Post had a lovely review of Coppinger Row by Jordan Mooney,  which opened its doors again this summer on Orwell Road. Coppinger is led by Chef Dan Hannagan who is a great supporter of ours, one of their favourites the salad with Velvet Cloud yogurt dressing got a shout out.

Then our two buddies - The Gastro Gays who have been doing fantastic reviews of some of Ireland's best eating spots in the Sunday Times recently, went to The Cove at the Fota Island Resort and splashed out on the Tasting Menu, where an aioli with a “lavish grating of Rockfield sheep’s cheese” got a mention.
