Chef Inspiration Using Velvet Cloud Sheep's Cheese and Cloonbook Cheese

 

This week's chef inspiration comes from the East and West Coast

Vegetarian Idea

The fabulous Ruibin in Galway have been making a beautiful vegetarian dish of Velvet Cloud sheep’s milk labneh soft cheese, green beans, peach elder berry and hazel nuts.

 

Midweek Risotto

While the lovely Crudo a gem of a local restaurant in Sandymount Village  in Dublin have made - Corned and spice beef cheek with garden peas and mint Risotto, Cashel blue fondant and Cloonbook reserve cheese.

 Recommended for gut health and immunity 

In other news we were on the Telly last weekend. Expert Nutritionist Heather Leeson was on Ireland AM do a feature about gut health and immunity, and she recommended our Live yogurt for your gut health and mentioned that it was easier to digest. You can see  the clip here on you tube

Is sheep's milk lactose free?
