Two high protein, good fats healthy snacks. 

  • Avocado spread/dip: An avocado, garlic. fresh mint, a clove of garlic, three big spoons of Velvet Cloud yogurt blitz. Recipe here
  • Porridge bread – always the most popular post when I put it up. Mix oats, bread soda, pinch of salt, with a beaten egg and Velvet Cloud yogurt and bake – impossible to get wrong and the healthiest most delicious bread you can make. Recipe here
